Changing Lives in Zambia, Uganda and South Sudan

African Revival works in Zambia, Uganda and South Sudan to give children access to education, opportunity and choice.

We build schools, train and support teachers, overcome barriers to education, and enhance performance in the classroom.

An educated community will be able to make better decisions. African Revival supports schools in rural communities in the hope of increasing economic earning power, reducing infant mortality rates, lowering HIV infection rates, whilst contributing to sustainable development. Yet tens of millions of children in sub-Saharan Africa are not in school - and 80% of those children live in rural areas. By offering education, opportunity and choice to Africa's children we aim to break the cycle of poverty that restricts Africa's development.

We work in partnership with remote rural communities who, despite having very little themselves, are committed to giving their children a bright future. Working with schools over a 3-5 year period, we aim to turn desperately under resourced schools into thriving centres of learning, to serve children today and for generations to come.

We are delighted by our ongoing collaboration with the Brickworks project in South Sudan in delivering quality education
