Ennanga This is an Ennanga string instrument which is common among the Acholi people. It has eight strings which run above a wooden trough.

 

EnkwanziThis is the Enkwanzi, a panpipe. The enkwanzi is made from elephant grass or bamboo. The tubes are arranged from the lowest note to the highest and are laced together with string.

ShakersShakers are made in pairs from gourds, and are used to accompany other traditional instruments in Uganda . Usually these rattles contain lots of small objects, such as pebbles, which rattle together inside the gourd shells.
