Buy mosquito nets for a family in Kenya - £28 (Click here to order)

African Revival has recently started work in Kenya in 2006, initially focusing our efforts on Lwala Village, a rural area in western Kenya.   

Your gift will buy 10 mosquito nets which will help protect a whole family in Lwala Village against the spread of malaria. Malaria is a life-threatening disease that accounts for one in five of all childhood deaths in Africa. In Kenya, malaria affects 20 million people every year.

Feed a child for only £12 per year (Click here to order)

African Revival currently supports 1,900 children in an orphanage school - Grace Christian Academy in Northern Uganda, and also helps support 995 children in Kaputu School, Malawi. Children in both schools are fed a meal of nourishing porridge once a day, which for many of these children is the only reliable source of food, and has led to an improvement in their general health.

Handmade Cards from Sudan - £5 for 10 (Click here to order)

Our original handmade cards have been made by women under a vocational training programme in Sudan which is sponsored by African Revival.

Please help support these women and their communities, who are trying to rebuild their lives after the devastation of the civil war in Sudan which lasted 20 years.

By sponsoring a child you will develop a unique link between the child and yourself. The result is not only a better future for the child being sponsored and their community, but also a deeply rewarding experience for the sponsor too.

Whilst the focus of our child sponsorship programme is on the child's education our programme also includes a daily nutritional meal and access to basic healthcare. Our child sponsorship programme focuses on children in Gulu, Northern Uganda.

Oxen and Plough - £250 (Click here to order)

African Revival has had a long association with Uganda, principally in the Gulu district of Northern Uganda and the Mbale district of Eastern Uganda. Wherever possible we supply villages with the means to support themselves.

Your gifts will be used to purchase oxen and ploughs to help support people returning to their homes in Gulu after the war, and farmers' groups in Mbale.

Fund the building of a well £360 (Click here to order)

African Revival has already funded the protection of over 50 water sources either as protected wells or springs in Pallisa, Eastern Uganda. These have changed the daily lives of thousands of needy people. The Lodoi Development Fund funded by African Revival protects the wells.

Contaminated water is a major cause of health problems especially among children. We also aim to build wells so that collection is easier for women who sometimes walk many miles to collect water.
