Annual Ball |
Thankyou to all our runners who took part in this year’s Flora London Marathon. Despite tackling regular downpours all of our runners managed to complete the full 26.2 miles. While we have not yet received all of the money raised for the event, we do look on course to raising a substantial sum of money, all of which will go directly to support our projects in Africa.
Check back soon for a full update including pics and the total sum raised. For information regarding next years marathon, please do not hesitate to contact James: james.smith@africanrevival.org

The Charity Fundraising Ball took place on Friday 21st September 2007 at Guild Hall, City of London.
Thank you for those of you who supported us by joining us at the Swinging Sixties Charity Fundraising Ball. We had many favourable reports saying that it was such a fun evening, and we are delighted to tell you that after costs we raised a staggering £82,400!

Barry and Johnny from Allen & Allen’s Open Premium Finance Ltd. are attempting to tackle Britain’s three highest peaks in 24 hours on the 24-25th May.
The highest peaks in England (Scafell - 978m), Scotland (Ben Nevis - 1344m) and Wales (Snowdon - 1085m) pose a great challenge for anyone wishing to climb them in succession.
To add to the feat of effectively climbing a marathon, they will also have to drive from one peak to the other covering a distance of almost 500 miles.
